Donna is the Underwriting Director/Client Service Director in the Senior Living Risk Partners division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services in Birmingham, AL. 

Donna has been with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services since 1987 and received her Property & Casualty license in 1995. 

Donna is responsible for managing the underwriting department of our Long Term Care liability program, working with outside markets for placement of other lines of coverage and works directly with clients to provide customer service for any of their insurance needs.

Denise Tibbs serves as an Underwriter and Client Service Supervisor in the Senior Living Risk Partners division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services. With a career at Gallagher spanning over three decades, Denise has been a trusted expert in providing tailored insurance solutions for long-term care clients. Her responsibilities include underwriting liability coverage for the division’s liability program, collaborating with external carriers to secure additional lines of coverage, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet the diverse insurance needs of her clients. Denise earned her Property and Casualty Insurance License in 1995 and has dedicated her entire tenure to supporting the unique challenges of senior living and long-term care organizations.

Lauren is an Underwriter/Client Service Managerin the Health Care Division of Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services. Lauren handles the marketing, insurance placement and other customer service needs of her clients.

Lauren graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing.  She joined the insurance industry in 2007 in Jackson, Mississippi as a Marketing Account Executive.   Lauren moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 2011 and continued her career in Marketing for nearly six years before joining Arthur J. Gallagher in 2017. She obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2009 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2015.  

Lauren has served on the board of the Insurance Women of Jackson, the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Mississippi, and she served as President of the Central Mississippi Insurance Agents Association.

Ethelene Clemmons, CISR, CPIA, is an Underwriter/Client Service Manager in the Health Care Division of Gallagher Risk Management Services. Ethelene began her career with Gallagher in March of 2017 and is responsible for the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts. Her duties include being responsible for marketing of new and referral business, insurance placement and the daily customer service needs of her clients.

Ethelene has over 21 years of combined commercial lines experience working in both the state of Tennessee and Alabama. She competed her INS 21, 22 and 23, AL Property & Casualty License in 2008, CISR designation in 2010, and CPIA designation in 2014. Ethelene plans to continue to further her education to advance her knowledge of the insurance industry in order to better serve the needs of her clients.

Mary Helen Frazier, CLCS, serves as an Underwriter and Client Service Manager in the Healthcare division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, based in Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing marketing, insurance placement, underwriting, and a wide range of client service needs, ensuring tailored and effective solutions for her clients.

Mary Helen graduated from Samford University in Spring 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance. During her time at Samford, she gained valuable industry experience through the Arthur J. Gallagher’s summer internship program in 2023, which solidified her passion for the insurance and risk management field. Following her graduation in June of 2024, she officially began her career with Gallagher.

Since joining Gallagher, Mary Helen has earned several professional designations, including the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation, further enhancing her expertise in the field. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Samford University, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence.
