Angela Exford, RN, RMC, CLNC, RAC-CT, CDP, CADDCT, QCP- Loss Control Specialist for the Senior Living Risk Partners Division of Gallagher Risk Management Services, Angela is a graduate of Troy University of Montgomery's Nursing Program, where she earned her degree to be a Registered Nurse.
She has over thirty years of Senior Living experience and held various positions including: Direct Patient Care Nurse, Staff Development Coordinator, Unit Manager, Medicare Coordinator, PPS/MDS Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Floor Administrator, and Facility Risk Manager.
Angela holds certifications in Risk Management for Long Term Care, Resident Assessment Coordinator, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, and is a QAPI Certified Professional. In 2017 she received her certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners; in 2020 Angela completed her Nursing Home Infection Control Preventionist Training Courses from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Tammy has worked in the Senior Living Industry since 1993 and has held various positions including PPS/MDS Coordinator, Risk Management Nurse, Restorative Nurse, Admissions/Marketing Director and Health and Wellness Director. and direct resident care provider.
Tammy is a past member of the Board of Examiners for Assisted Living Administrators and is a member of the Education Committee for the Alabama Assisted Living Association. She graduated from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville from the Licensed Practical Nursing Program and holds a Category II Assisted Living Administrators License.
Tammy also holds certifications in Risk Management for Long Term Care, Resident Assessment Coordinator and in 2017, she received her certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Tammy has completed the Nursing Home Infection Control Prevention (NIPP) training program with RB Health Partners©.

Jane C. Feagin, BSN, RN, LNCC, ALA, FL-AL, RMC, CDP - Loss Control Specialist for the Senior Living Risk Partners Division of Gallagher Risk Management Services. She received her Degree in Nursing from Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham and her BSN from Auburn University-Montgomery.
Jane has worked in healthcare for more than 30 years, where the Senior Living Industry has been Jane's primary focus for the past 25 years. She has held various positions including Director of Healthcare- Assisted Living, Director of Marketing for Home Health & Hospice and Long Term Acute Care Hospitals, as well as Resident Assessment Nurse- SCALF, Specialty Pharmacy/Infusion Liaison and a direct care provider.
Jane also holds a Category II Assisted Living Administrator's License for the state of Alabama and an Assisted Living Administrator License for the state of Florida. She is a Risk Manager Certified, a Legal Nurse Consultant Certified and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Jane has also completed the Nursing Home Infection Control Prevention (NIPP) training program with RB Health Partners©.

Kerri has worked as a nurse for over 20 years in various areas of the Healthcare Industry: including, Senior Living, Hospitals, Home Health and Hospice. She has held various positions including Assisted Living Administrator, Medicare Case Manager, Marketing Director, Home Health and Hospice Specialist, and Direct Patient Care Nurse- Nephrology and Short-Term Care.
Kerri is Certified as a Resident Assessment Coordinator, and Risk Manager Certified. Kerri is Licensed in Tennessee as a Residential Home for the Aged Administrator/Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator and in 2017, she received her certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners; in 2020 Kerri completed her Nursing Home Infection Control Preventionist Training Courses from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In 2022, she received her certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management. Kerri is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management and the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing.

Holly Turner, BSN, RN, RMC, ICC, CDP - Loss Control Specialist earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership.
Holly has cultivated a diverse skill set across various areas of nursing within her 21 years of experience in her career. She has held many positions including Critical Care nurse, Inpatient Rehabilitation Director, Director of Quality and Risk Management in an acute care environment, and Director of Nursing in a Long-Term Care Facility.
Holly is a Risk Manager Certified and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Throughout her career as an RN, Holly's unique combination of nursing and long-term care experience equips her to fulfill her responsibilities as a Loss Control Specialist with a strong focus on risk awareness.

Noah Leary, LPN

Noah Leary, LPN – Loss Control Specialist for the Senior Living Risk Partners Division of Gallagher Risk Management Services. Noah brings over a decade of diverse healthcare experience from his military tenure as an Enlisted Nurse and Combat Medic, working in skilled nursing facilities. He provided instruction and training for combat medics with responsibility for maintaining licensure, and many years as an Advanced EMT working 911 calls in his community.
Noah graduated from the Medical Center of Excellence's Enlisted Nurse Program and is committed to ongoing professional development in healthcare and loss control. Throughout his career as an LPN, his distinctive blend of military, emergency, and long-term care experience will enable him to approach his duties as a Loss Control Specialist with a risk-aware mindset.
