Jonathon is the Director of the Healthy Seniors Dental Program at Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management, where he leads efforts to provide comprehensive dental coverage for long-term care residents in nursing homes across Alabama and Mississippi. In this capacity, he works collaboratively with facilities, residents, and sponsors to deliver consistent, high-quality dental care tailored to the unique needs of senior populations.

With over 30 years of experience as a Dental Technician and Director of Operations, Jonathon is a Certified Dental Technician and a seasoned leader in the dental industry. He holds an associate degree in Business Management and is a proud veteran of the Global War on Terrorism, having served in the U.S. Army National Guard, where he attained the rank of Sergeant.

In 2024, Jonathon expanded his expertise into the long-term healthcare sector, earning his Life and Health license to better serve the needs of aging communities. His extensive background and dedication to excellence make him a trusted advocate for improving the oral health and overall well-being of senior residents.

Madeline serves as the dedicated Customer Service Representative for the Healthy Seniors Dental Program at Gallagher, where she collaborates closely with senior community facilities, residents, and sponsors to ensure seamless program coordination and exceptional service delivery.

A proud alumna of Troy University, Madeline graduated in Spring 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Risk Management and Insurance. Shortly after joining Gallagher, she demonstrated her commitment to professional growth by earning esteemed industry credentials, including the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.

Since Winter 2023, Madeline has been a key contributor to the dental sector, leveraging her expertise to enhance the quality of care and support for senior communities. Her dedication to excellence and passion for serving others continue to elevate the standards of service within the industry.
